2022 Georgia Primary Election Story (Senate)

Herschel Walker received 42.07% (803.6k votes) beating both Raphael Warnock who had 36.78% (702.61k votes) and Gary Black who had 8.24% (157367 votes) in the overall count of votes in Georgia if the election were among these 3 candidates.

Herschel Walker wins 134 counties out of the counties in the state of Georgia to support his claims of his movement in the country. Raphael Warnock won 25 counties and Joe Biden won just 2 counties in the state of Georgia.

These 10 counties play an important role in these primary elections. If a candidate, can get a sizable majority, it becomes very difficult to win majorities in the smaller counties with out voter out reach and increased voter participation in them.

In a head to head match up on just the total number of votes, Raphael Warnock (81.7%) beats Gary Black (18.3%). Herschel Walker (83.6%) beats Gary Black (16.4%) and Herschel Walker (53.4%) beats Raphael Warnock (46.6%).

Herschel Walker simply won the majority of the top 10 counties. Raphael Warnock and Gary Black could not achieve a victory since Herschel Walker captures so many voters across most counties.
