In the Primary, Biden won all 62 counties in the 2-way match up, with Sanders winning nothing in New York Primary. There was no Presidential Primary Elections for the Republican Party.

These 10 counties play an important role in these primary elections. Even if a candidate can get a sizable majority in the larger counties (Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester), it is possible for the other candidate to catch up from the smaller counties.

Brooklyn, Queens and Westchester, the three largest counties, voted in favor of Biden giving him over 191k vote advantage over Sanders. Biden's steady win at most counties gave him the upper hand in the State of New York.
