2022 Pennsylvania Primary Election Story (Senate)

John Fetterman received 28.64% (753.01k votes) beating both Mehmet Oz who had 15.97% (420k votes) and Dave McCormick who had 15.94% (419048 votes) in the overall count of votes in Pennsylvania if the election were among these 3 candidates.

John Fetterman wins 33 counties out of the counties in the state of Pennsylvania to support his claims of his movement in the country. Dave McCormick won 22 counties and Joe Biden won just 2 counties in the state of Pennsylvania.

These 10 counties play an important role in these primary elections. If a candidate, can get a sizable majority, it becomes very difficult to win majorities in the smaller counties with out voter out reach and increased voter participation in them.

In a head to head match up on just the total number of votes, Mehmet Oz (50.1%) beats Dave McCormick (49.9%). John Fetterman (64.2%) beats Dave McCormick (35.8%) and John Fetterman (64.2%) beats Mehmet Oz (35.8%).

John Fetterman simply won the majority of the top 10 counties. Mehmet Oz and Dave McCormick could not achieve a victory since John Fetterman captures so many voters across most counties.
